The geographical locations of the portfolio mean a number of the sites are suitable for wind farms, hydroelectric schemes or Battery Energy Storage Systems.
Partnered with a hydro developer to construct a hydro scheme within our Pennal Forest property located in Snowdonia National Park in 2018. Construction has now completed and the scheme fully operational and generating as planned.
